You guys know I have been into wooden clogs for a very long time (or at least my long time followers do). I’ve had a pair in my closet for at least 7 years now so I love that they are making a major comeback this year with the appearance of all the wide leg pants that are popping up everywhere. I’ve always owned closed toe clogs, but this open toed pair is a fun addition to my closet! They’re just a little bit less serious and the perfect statement for an otherwise very basic outfit.
I wore this for a date night recently, and I love how the whole look came together. I was cozy, comfortable and I felt really stylish. The look was very classic, but with the addition of the clogs and the oversized shape of the sweater it felt fresh and fun. Honestly this is my ideal way of dressing: classic with a bit of a twist, and always comfortable.
These clogs are just that: stylish, classic with a twist, and comfortable. I don’t wear heels very often because I rarely find them comfortable, but these are a different story. They have quite a lot of height, but they are so easy to walk in and with the length of the foot strap they stay in place with no issues. I do find they run a little bit big so I’d size down unless you have wider feet. Gosh I love these clogs ha! They are a bit of an investment, but I find clogs to be a great shoe to invest in because the quality makes them last and they never seem to go out of style.
Well that’s all I’ve got for you today! Are you a fan of clogs? What’s your go to date night outfit?
Until next time,
Karin
