Happy Monday morning. 🙂 Is it annoying for me to say that? Ha! I’m NOT a morning person, but kids have forced me to be one, and I have to admit… I like getting up early – my day always seems to go a lot better when I do. When all of the stars align and I’m able to get a workout in, spend time in prayer, and get ready before the kids get up… it’s magic my friends. Especially on these crisp fall mornings when I can snuggle up on the couch and read, play some music, and drink my coffee in peace… bliss! Ha! And speaking of crisp fall mornings. I pulled out a sweater dress yesterday for the first time this season and it was another kind of bliss… ?
There’s something about a soft, cozy sweater dress paired with boots. It’s fall in an outfit right? I typically go for softer colors, but I decided to go for it with the all black outfit and I felt pretty sassy. 😉 This sweater dress is really cozy, and I love the fit! It doesn’t cling in any of the wrong spots, and the slit makes it really flattering. Plus the mock neck keeps you warm and will make it a great choice for really cold weather with some tights or leggings and a pair of knee high boots. It’s one of those closet “workhorses” that won’t ever go out of style.
I love it paired with these cowboy inspired boots. This style of boot is a HUGE trend right now, but I’ve had this pair from Everlane for a few years, so it’s one of those trends that clearly comes and goes. I hadn’t worn these in a bit, but I was reminded how much I love the look of a cowboy boot. These are, unfortunately, not available anymore but I will find some similar options for you guys.
