Happy Thursday my friends! This post is going up a day early because I’m going to a conference this weekend with my mom. SO lucky you! 😉 Sezane released their first spring collection a couple of weeks ago and oh man is it good! I’ve been such a long time fan of Sezane for their classic pieces, but they really outdid themselves this launch with their classics “with a twist.”

This blouse is the perfect example. I’m not typically into a classic white button down… I’m not exactly sure why other than it doesn’t feel like me, but this? This feels like me. It has the classic white cotton material, but the wrap shape with the tie waist makes it so much more unique. And even though it’s a simple white shirt, the little details like the gathered wristband and pleated shoulders makes it really interesting. I honestly haven’t been this much in love with a shirt for a long time. In terms of needing something underneath it, it’s not a sheer shirt so you don’t need one for that reason, but there are no buttons or fasteners so you might want a cami or tank underneath to feel a bit more secure. I went with my smaller size 2 and I’m glad I did because there is still plenty of room in it so I would advise sizing down if in doubt.

And finally these shoes… sigh. These shoes are the sweetest little shoes for spring. The warm brown patent leather is so classic, but the sweet shape is just a little unexpected. I love that the heel on these is so incredibly practical and the shoe itself is really, really comfortable. I just really adore these. I love how they look with a white top and jeans like in this outfit, but I think they would be so sweet with a little mini dress for spring and summer as well… or even with a maxi skirt and little baby tee. I went with my true size on these and they fit comfortably. I would advise you to do the same… especially because the heel strap is adjustable so there’s a bit of wiggle room within the size.

Well that’s all I’ve got for you guys today! I hope you enjoyed this little peak into Sezane’s newest collection! I’m thrilled to be working with them again this year so I can continue to bring you guys these reviews. Have a great weekend friends!

Until next time,

Karin
