Happy Friday friends! We have had the best weather here lately and I’m so excited for a weekend spent outside. We set up our pools yesterday (we just have little ones ha!) and the kids have been absorbed in water play 😆. We’re at an age now with the kids where I can just set up a chair in the shade and watch while they play and it’s kind of the best!
This time of year is just my absolute favorite. I adore hot weather and warm weather dressing is just my absolute favorite thing ever… and there’s no better warm weather combo than white tops and denim. It’s such an incredible easy (but timeless and chic!) outfit and it’s my go to for days when I don’t know what to wear.
Today I wanted to show you two different ways I like to execute this formula, and I have two tops from Sezane that I’m excited to share with you!

This sleeveless white top gives me such vintage vibes! I felt so much like my mom from the 90’s in this outfit with the sleeveless blouse and vintage inspired jean shorts… but I guess that just proves that this combo is such a classic. I LOVE this top so much. It’s a lightweight cotton, and it’s so breezy for warm weather. These pictures were taken on a very muggy 90 degree day and this top was the perfect piece to keep me cool. I love that it’s just a bit more elevated than a basic tank top, and the details are so pretty! The white pintucking and and lace collar are so delicate and it’s the perfect combo of feminine and structured. I took my true size, and if you’re not someone that likes to tuck things in this hits right at the middle of the hip so it works really well untucked as well!
Ooooh this one is so beautiful and feminine! My favorite spring combo is a pair of jeans with a lace or eyelet top. I love the fit of this top so much. It’s cut so well, and it just kind of drapes on your body in the best way. The sleeves aren’t too tight, it’s not too loose at the neckline. It’s not lined, but you can’t see anything if you wear a nude bras, and I actually like that it’s not lined because it makes it a great option for hot weather. I also love that it has pretty details… that don’t go over the top. The ruffle is obvious, but not too much, and the subtle puff sleeves are perfect. I did size down in this one, and it’s the perfect fit.
Well that’s all I’ve got for you guys today! I hope you have the best weekend and are able to soak up some sunshine.
Until next time,
