30 Days of Summer Style Day 3: Linen Bags from Shin+Na

This post is sponsored by Shin+Na. As always, all thoughts and opinions are my own. Thanks to Shin+Na and keep scrolling for a discount code!

I’m really pleased to be bringing you today’s post because I was recently introduced to the brand Shin+Na, and I have fallen in love with the aesthetic, the products, and the people behind the brand!

Shin+Na was started by two high school friends Haeshin and Hanna, and the brand was born out of a desire to produce everyday pieces that are elegant in their simplicity and design.

Their biggest design principle is “simplicity as an art form” with fabric selections, form, shape, and overall aesthetic pulling from that overarching idea.

As of right now, they have two main bag collections: the canvas totes collection and the linen bags collection, which is what I’m featuring today.

They very kindly sent me the “Mitaka Large Bag” from their linen collection which retails for $82, and is made from the softest 100% linen.

The linen bags are reversible, depending on if you want the pockets on the inside or outside, and are very sturdy and durable.

I’ll be honest with you guys, I am in LOVE with this bag! It truly is a beautifully simple bag, and I’ve found myself reaching for it nonstop since they sent it to me.

It fits everything I need in it, and its made to handle a lot of weight (which with three small kiddos is a necessity for me). The color is that beautiful natural linen color, and it works with literally everything in my closet.

And the price reflects the craftsmanship. It is so well made with no seams coming loose, or strings that need to be trimmed. It’s flawless right from the start. As mentioned above, the linen is so soft and buttery… it’s some of the nicest linen I’ve ever felt.

For those of you who appreciate simple, but elegant accessories I think you will really love the bag and the brand. It also comes in a smaller version that retails for $42.

You’ll definitely want to check out Shin+Na. Not only are they a women owned brand, but they take the extra steps to create a high quality product that will last.

They have graciously offered Truncation readers a discount code! Use code TRUNCATION15 for 15% off through July 14th.

If you follow me on Instagram, make sure to head on over because I’ll be doing a giveaway later today, and four lucky winners will be receiving a bag.

And P.S. these linen bags make REALLY good beach/pool bags 😉

What’s your ideal bag type? Do you reach for more simple designs like this one, or do you like something a bit flashier?

See you tomorrow!
