It’s the most wonderful time of the year!
Okay I’ll stop.
I’ll admit, I’m normally the type of person who has all of their Christmas shopping done in September…
not this year!
But, while as a family, we are choosing to do the “fewer, better” route with gifts, I actually super love giving presents. There’s something so fun about trying to figure out what each person will love (and then the feeling of victory when you know you’ve gotten it right!).
In fact, I actually prefer giving presents to receiving them because I’m a bit picky ha!
But as I’m starting to think about gifting, I thought it would also be fun to do a couple of gift guides for you guys this year.
I hope you find these helpful… I know how busy things can get this time of year, and I also know that it can be hard to find gifts that are made with ethical and sustainable practices.
I was actually planning on doing a different gift guide first, but I was on the ABLE site the other day looking at these earrings, and I realized how much they have that would be good for gifting! I actually hadn’t been on their site for a really long time, so I was pleasantly surprised!
So I’m not going to take up too much of your time with chit chat today, I’ll just share my recommendations:
Oh and this is totally a coincidence (I promise!), but I just realized that ABLE is having a 30% off sale now through the 26th (which is why you’re seeing this on a Tuesday… I had originally planned to post this early in December, but wanted you guys to be able to take advantage of the sale).
Details on the sale:
- 30% off with code ABLE30
- Free Shipping on all orders over $49
- Runs: Sunday, 11/18 – Monday, 11/26
Okay then!
Until next time,
Karin
This year I went the fancy soap + thrifted good route for each family member, so I’m almost done. Just need to find something for my sister’s boyfriend.
Nice! I’ve been wanting to try my hand at homemade soap, but haven’t had a chance!
