The thing I look forward to wearing more than anything else as soon as the weather turns warm is spring blouses. After a winter of cozy sweaters, I crave the lightness and sweetness of a pretty top… they just feel so fresh! I am all for a classic white with my spring blouses, and I’ve got a good rotation of those going (I’ll do a dedicated post to those in the next couple of weeks!), but this year I’ve been reaching for more colorful blouses or pretty florals.
This yellow blouse is the perfect warm weather staple, its very lightweight and airy plus that warm buttery yellow gives you the perfect pop of color with any outfit. I like wearing it with jeans like I am here, but this top would look so pretty tucked into a white skirt, or even under a pair of overalls! The puffed sleeves add that extra bit of drama while the overall shape of it keeps it classic enough that it won’t be going out of style anytime soon. It is a fairly sheer blouse, but opaque enough that you’ll be fine with a nude bras.

I’m so inspired by all of the fun colors, patterns, and shapes that are available right now! Our weather is still hovering around the 40’s, but I’m ready at a moments notice to utilize a few of my other favorites ha!
