Happy Friday everyone! This week has been a really good week. I’ve made a commitment to find ways to rearrange my days so I have time for things that really fill me up and I am happy to say that I really accomplished that this week. I did lots of cooking with my kids (my biggest love), read a lot, and I even took a couple of naps. Was I less productive? Yes, yes I was. But I can already tell how much I need a slower pace and I hope I can continue it going forward.
And speaking of a slower pace, I am very happy to going into the long weekend. We don’t really have any plans at all other than trying to get to the beach a couple of times, and I hope to take the girls out for our annual back to school shopping trip, but it will likely be a very low key weekend.
I’ve been watching the labor day sales start to pop up over the last couple of days, and while I haven’t gotten around to sharing much on Instagram yet, I’ve got your back in this post. I’m going to do something a bit different to what I usually do (sharing the new in pieces on sale), and share my favorites that I own from our favorite places to shop.
