Today the Sephora VIB sale kicks off! It’s one of my favorite sales of the year because I shop pretty exclusively at Sephora for beauty products, and it’s always a great time to stock up on refills and favorites. I’ve really fallen into a good rhythm with my beauty routines over the last few years and I’m at a place where I have certain skincare and haircare products I’ve used over and over again and certain ways of applying my makeup that I reach for pretty much on a daily basis.
Today I thought I’d share a very simple way I do my makeup on a daily basis that takes less than 10 minutes, but still looks fresh and pretty… but stay tuned for the end of the post because I’ll share my top 10 recommendations from the sale and what I have saved in my cart to potentially try out. Here’s the makeup look:
I always, always start with this primer no matter what makeup look I am doing. It’s the best hydrating primer I have ever found (and I’ve tried them all!) – paired with my daily moisturizer it gives the best base for makeup!
This is my favorite base for every day. It gives the perfect amount of coverage, but it’s still lightweight on the skin. It also doesn’t feel sticky on the skin which is a must for me!
Shade: Cashew – 3.5
In my actual makeup above I used the Bare Minerals stick concealer, but I just realized it’s not available at Sephora! Sorry about that! I have used this concealer as well however, and I like it just as much!
Shade – Light 2N
This is a newer product I’ve tried, but I love it so much! It’s one of the only liquid bronzers I’ve found that doesn’t get patchy on my dry skin, and it blends like a dream! Plus it actually lasts on my skin instead of fading after a few hours.
Shade: Time Travel – Light Bronze
This blush is what made me try the liquid bronzer version! It also blends really well and lasts. Plus, I love this punchy coral shade… it’s perfect for spring and summer!
Shade: Teleport – Coral
I started using this mascara a few months ago, and I am totally hooked on it! It gives so much length and volume, and it’s really buildable which I love! On regular days I do just 2 coats of it, but when I really want to pack a punch I’ll add 3-4!
Shade: After Midnight – Black
I REALLY love this brow gel! I am very picky about brow gels because I have thinner eyebrows, but this one does SUCH a good job of filling them in… I don’t even need a pencil underneath! It gives the look of soap brows, but it’s much more comfortable to wear.
Shade: Fill 02 – Warm Blonde
I wear this lipliner every single day. It’s the perfect nude color and it sits under any lip product perfectly. On the daily I layer this liner with the Milk liquid blush and it gives the perfect sheer wash of color.
Shade: Pillow Talk
And last, but not least, I always finish things off with this highlighter. It has the best natural glowy finish without being too over the top or sparkly!
