Can I be honest with you guys?
Making a switch to better for you/cruelty free beauty products hasn’t been the easiest switch.
It takes getting used to not being able to just walk into Ulta and pick up whatever looks good. There are also a lot of brands that are suddenly “off limits” and it can be kind of a bummer when they come out with cool products that you can’t try out.
I know. First world problems. Trust me, I get it.
With that said, it makes finding a brand that has really great products that are cruelty free really exciting.
Which is why I’m excited to share today’s video with you.
My friend Christen asked me to try out the Beauty Counter No. 1 Brightening Collection and share my thoughts with you and I was more than happy to oblige. I’d heard good things about Beauty Counter and so I was excited to try out some of their products.

I’ve tried Beauty Counter. I bought the glow shimmer oil for summer. And, I have very, very sensitive skin. Like a baby’s! I can’t wait to invest in this skin care line, after hearing your take. Too, they have a new hair product line for thin haired gals, I sampled. I really like it! Agree, a great, natural product!!!
I also have super sensitive skin! I react to most products that are full of “toxic” ingredients so these products have been really nice for my sensitive skin! Let me know how the shampoo is because my mom has thin hair and I might pick some up for her. 🙂
